Phone number is disconnected, wrong number, or doesn't reach the lead
Email bounces or is clearly fake/invalid
You received the same lead within the past 30 days
Lead confirms they never requested insurance information
Lead is located outside your specified geographic targeting
Lead doesn't answer but voicemail is reached - this is normal
Lead was interested but decided not to proceed
Lead purchased insurance after submitting but before you called
Lead is interested but your quote was too high
Lead doesn't qualify for the insurance product
Log into your dashboard and click "Request Return" on the lead you want to return
Choose the applicable return reason from the dropdown
Add any relevant notes or documentation to support your return
Valid returns are processed within 24 hours and credited to your account
