About This Role

Drive product strategy and roadmap for our agent-facing platform.

Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on partner feedback and business goals
Work closely with engineering, design, and sales to deliver impactful features
Conduct user research and analyze usage data to identify opportunities
Write clear product requirements and user stories
Manage feature launches and measure success through defined KPIs
Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders
